We had great fun shooting Charlotte and Martins wedding. Such a great couple with a fantastic family and they made us feel so welcome when we met them at their home in Thringstone. The ceremony took place in the beautiful church at the Oaks in Charnwood then onto the reception in Kegworth. Heres the story of their day......

I recently met up with Charlotte and Martin who's wedding i'll be shooting towards the end of June. We had a great time catching up and wandering around the Grace Dieu Ruins, its allegedly haunted by a mythical ghost called the white lady (we didn't get to see her...) We did have a tag along though, a friendly dog who eventually found his owner. Heres a few photographs from the visit.

I was thrilled when Anna & Richard asked me to be their wedding photographer, not only are they a great couple the venue was at Thrumpton Hall a fantastic building set in beautiful grounds, a maze of quirky rooms packed full of stunning furniture ,a place you could get real lost in. Heres a quick preview of the day.....more to follow.
A picture can reveal so much in a single frame, a smile, a tear, all the emotion of the day. Not always technically superb, some times just a snap shot, but a shot that captures all the elements together, correctly, caught in that single moment in time. The picture below for me goes someway to revealing that. The bride and groom had taken their seat for the wedding breakfast and the brides dad began his speech, the table laid our for the feast about to come and to the left the grooms mum looks on. What I like most about the image is the symetry of the bride and groom as they listen to the fathers words ,the two joining families either side.
I had the pleasure of photographing Alex and Robin’s Wedding day set in the beautiful gardens of Felley Priory North Nottinghamshire. The Venue is new to hosting weddings and holds special meaning to them. Alex’s mum lives in one of the cottages at Felley and keeps the gardens in stunning condition. We were spoilt for choice and with the weather on our side all made for some great pictures.
I had the pleasure of photographing the Wedding day of Sarah and Richard in Warwick. A beautiful church wedding under the shadow of the castle. A fantastic couple whom we shared many laughs with on the day, below are a few images of the wedding.
Living close to the Peak District we are often out walking in the beautiful landscapes around this area. These pictures where taken at the stunning Lady Bower reservoir, the 6 mile walk took in the fantastic scenery on a cold and blustery day. The changeable weather made for some interesting lighting and capped off by a fantastic sunset.
Linzi and Stuarts Wedding day took place at the beautiful Breadsall Priory just outside of Derby. Set in the grounds of a stunning golf course the venue is fantastic for pictures. Here are a few from the day.

My first Wedding of 2013 was working with fellow photographer Kieran Watson photographing the big day of Sarah and Andrew. It truly was a winter wonderland having had a downpour of snow in the days before. The bride and groom were game to venture into the snow and this made for some beautiful pictures at Alfreton golf course. Below are a few of my pictures from the Day.
Danger photographer at work.
I had the pleasure of photographing a friend ‘s sister’s wedding at the fantastic venue Nailcote Hall near Coventry. It was a beautiful Christmas Wedding and although the weather was a little grey the rain held off and Vicky and Blake shared an amazing day together.
